Merchant and customer requests

Merchants can contact Perkli at [email protected] for data access, deletion, correction, portability, consent, opt-out, and security questions related to the app.

Customers should usually contact the merchant first because the merchant controls the storefront relationship and loyalty program terms. Perkli may redirect customer requests to the relevant merchant when appropriate.

For app setup, billing, or product questions, merchants can contact [email protected].

Perkli may ask for information needed to verify the requester, store, or customer relationship before acting on a privacy or deletion request.

Response timing

Perkli aims to acknowledge privacy and security requests promptly and respond within the timing required by applicable law, Shopify requirements, and merchant agreements.

Urgent security reports should include the affected store, suspected impact, timestamps, reproduction steps, and any relevant request IDs or webhook IDs when available.
