These terms govern merchant use of Perkli's Shopify loyalty and retention platform.

Using Perkli
Perkli provides Shopify merchants with tools for loyalty wallets, points, store credit, referrals, cashback campaigns, VIP tiers, and retention analytics.
By installing or using Perkli, the merchant agrees to use the app only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with Shopify's terms, applicable platform rules, and these terms.
Merchant account and configuration
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their Shopify store configuration, loyalty settings, reward terms, customer communications, and any disclosures presented to customers.
Perkli may provide templates, automation, or recommendations, but the merchant remains responsible for approving program rules before they are shown to customers or used in commerce workflows.
Billing
Paid plans are expected to be billed through Shopify Billing unless Perkli and the merchant agree otherwise in writing.
Plan limits, fees, trials, overages, and cancellation behavior will be shown in the app or App Store Listing before the merchant accepts a charge.
Acceptable use
Merchants may not use Perkli to violate law, send unlawful or misleading communications, discriminate unlawfully, misuse customer data, interfere with app security, reverse engineer the service, or submit malicious code or abusive traffic.
Perkli may suspend or limit access when needed to protect customers, merchants, Shopify, Perkli, or the integrity of the service.
Data and privacy
Perkli processes merchant and customer data as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
Merchants must have appropriate notices, permissions, and legal bases for using Perkli with customer data and must honor customer consent and data-rights choices that apply to their store.
Service changes
Perkli may update app functionality, plans, limits, security controls, or documentation over time to improve the service, comply with platform requirements, or address operational needs.
Material changes that affect merchant rights or obligations will be communicated through reasonable channels, such as the app, email, or updated legal pages.
Disclaimers and liability
Perkli is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Perkli disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific revenue results.
To the extent permitted by law, Perkli's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the period stated in the final merchant agreement or applicable App Store terms.
