Subprocessors

Shopify: app distribution, merchant authentication, billing, Admin API resources, webhooks, customer account surfaces, checkout extension surfaces, and platform security.

Hosting provider: production application hosting, networking, TLS termination, and deployment infrastructure. Provider to be finalized before launch.

Database provider: encrypted production database, backups, replication, and operational telemetry. Provider to be finalized before launch.

Email provider: transactional merchant support, privacy request handling, and service notifications. Provider to be finalized before launch.

Observability provider: error monitoring, logging, uptime checks, and security diagnostics. Provider to be finalized before launch.

Perkli will keep this register current and provide reasonable notice of material subprocessor changes when required by agreement or law.

Merchants may contact Perkli with reasonable objections or questions about subprocessors using the privacy contact details.

Subprocessors may use personal data only to provide their contracted services to Perkli and may not sell customer personal data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Perkli expects subprocessors to maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards for the nature of the data processed.
